​A. These plans are designed to take care of all the maintenance problems of property ownership. They offer the convenience of having one telephone number for any and all emergency and repairs you need.

 

Homeowner Plan: The property must be a single or muti-unit dwelling in which the owner lives on the premises.

Investor's Plan: is for owners or mangers of residential and commercial property(ies)

Q. WHEN I NEED SERVICE, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ?

A. All emergency calls are made as quickly as possible within (1hr.) of receiving them. Having our large Service Network ensure prompt service in an emergency. We schedule all non-emergency calls to your convenience.

A. Homeowners can protect their property, and take advantage of Members Only Specials for under $1.00 a day. Investors can become a member for not much more (and it is tax deductible)   All memberships for 12-month period.

Q. WHAT ELSE DO I RECEIVE AS A MEMBER ? 

A. When you become a member you Receive:

A MasterCare Representative will come to your property to create a

PROPERTY PROFILE which consist of information of all important systems and equipment through-out your property(ies): Appliances make and model numbers, type of Heating and Hot Water system, HVAC system, Electronic Controls, also house or building Main Electrical Service, and Plumbing systems. So that if an emergencies does arise we have all or most of the information needed to perform the job.
